Role(s):

  • Creator

Task(s):

  • Art Direction

  • Design

  • AI Prompting

  • Tools(s):

  • Drawing (Pencil & Paper)

  • Conversational AI / LLMs

  • Generative Video Models

  • Generative Image Models

  • Premiere Pro

  • Photoshop

The project began with a loose pencil sketch before evolving through an iterative process across multiple AI models. Throughout development, I explored the strengths and limitations of each tool while maintaining creative direction through composition, storytelling, and design. Traditional workflows remained an essential part of the process, with extensive refinement in Photoshop and final editing, pacing, sound, and color completed in Premiere Pro.

As part of my exploration into generative AI, I challenged myself to create a 45-second teaser trailer centered around an original character. The goal wasn’t simply to generate imagery, but to better understand how large language models, image generation, and video generation could complement a traditional creative workflow.

Rather than replacing the role of the artist, this project became an exploration of how generative AI can accelerate ideation while still relying on creative judgment, design fundamentals, and craftsmanship to shape a cohesive final piece.

Rabbit Warrior began as a simple sketch and evolved into an exploration of the relationship between traditional artistry and generative AI. By moving fluidly between hand-drawn concepts, language models, image generation, video generation, and conventional design tools, I explored how emerging technologies can enhance—not replace—the creative process.

The result is a short teaser that represents both a fictional character and a practical study in the evolving role of AI within contemporary design.
